Sefidel Game Studio Pure Gameplay. No Agendas.

Privacy Policy

Effective October 28, 2026

Sefidel Game Studio ("Sefidel," "we," "us," or "our") is responsible for the personal information it handles through its games that link to this policy (the "Games"), this website, studio communications, and restricted marketing workspace. This policy covers our use of Google AdMob advertising, Firebase Crashlytics crash reporting, and one-time ad-removal purchases in the Games, as well as the separate website and studio activities described below. A game-specific notice, if provided, explains any additional practices for that Game.

Our Games do not offer Sefidel player accounts or in-game chat and are not directed to children. Advertising and diagnostic identifiers can still be personal information even without a player account. Third-party stores process their own information under their privacy policies.

Privacy contact: admin@sefidel.com · Sefidel Game Studio, PO BOX 70, Lakebay, WA 98349, United States. Request data deletion.

1. Game data, advertising, and purchases

The following describes our mobile Games. A Game's store listing and purchase screen identify its available purchases and whether it contains ads. Data collected by a provider's software is part of the Game's data handling, even if Sefidel does not receive every data item directly.

  • Advertising — Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads: the advertising software collects device and app identifiers, such as an advertising ID where available and permitted, IP address and approximate location derived from it, app and device information, ad impressions, taps, video views, and diagnostic or performance information. Google processes this information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and operate and improve advertising services. Personalized advertising, where enabled and permitted, uses information to make ads more relevant; other ads can use contextual information. Collection depends on the platform, permissions, consent choices, and SDK configuration.
  • Crash reporting — Firebase Crashlytics: we use Crashlytics to identify failures and improve stability. Reports include crash traces, error and diagnostic information, app version, device and operating-system details, crash timing, and installation or session identifiers. These identifiers help associate reports with an installation and measure how many installations a crash affects; they do not require a player account.
  • One-time ad-removal purchases: Apple or Google processes payment. The Game uses purchase information, such as product identifiers, transaction identifiers or purchase tokens, and entitlement status, to unlock or restore ad removal and prevent purchase fraud. We do not receive full payment-card details from the store. Ad removal is not a subscription and does not by itself disable Crashlytics or delete previously collected information.
  • Local Game data: settings, saved progress, and purchase entitlements may be stored on your device to make the Game work. Local storage is distinct from information transmitted by advertising and crash-reporting services. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove local data and progress; device or store backup settings may also affect retained copies.
  • Support: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to provide, such as the Game name, device details, issue description, and purchase reference. Send only what is necessary and never send passwords or full payment-card details.

For provider details, see Google's Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from apps that use its services, Firebase's privacy and retention information, and Apple's Privacy Policy. These notices explain the providers' processing; they do not replace Sefidel's responsibilities under this policy.

2. Game privacy and advertising choices

Where consent is required, advertising, device access, and diagnostic collection must be based on your choice before the relevant processing begins. Acceptance of our Terms or this policy is not consent to tracking or personalized advertising. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Use an in-game privacy or consent control where provided to review or change your choices. You can also email admin@sefidel.com to withdraw consent, object to diagnostic processing, or ask for help locating the relevant control. Some advertising formats may be unavailable without the permissions or processing they require. Declining optional tracking or diagnostic collection does not require an ad-removal purchase or remove paid functionality.

Apple devices: you can review app tracking permissions in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If tracking permission is required, it must be granted through Apple's system prompt before tracking occurs. Declining tracking does not require you to buy ad removal.

Android devices: use your device's advertising privacy settings to manage or delete the advertising ID, where supported. Setting names vary by Android version. Device advertising controls do not necessarily stop contextual advertising, fraud-prevention processing, or crash reports.

Game advertising can involve sharing identifiers and activity with Google for personalized advertising. Depending on your jurisdiction and the advertising configuration, this can be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under privacy law, even though Sefidel does not sell a list of players for money. You may request an applicable opt-out by emailing us and using available consent controls. We honor applicable opt-out requirements. Declining personalization does not necessarily remove advertisements; an offered ad-removal purchase is a separate, optional choice.

3. Website and studio information

  • Communications: your email address, name if provided, message contents, attachments, and other information you choose to send when contacting us.
  • Technical information: our hosting and service providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, referring pages, and diagnostic or security logs to deliver and protect the website.
  • Administrator information: for approved studio users, we process sign-in details through Firebase Authentication, account identifiers, email verification and access permissions, uploaded content, campaign records, and activity needed to operate the marketing workspace. Public visitors do not need an account.
  • Connected accounts: when an administrator configures a platform integration, we may store account or channel identifiers, authorization tokens, selected permissions, publishing instructions, and delivery results. These integrations are for authorized studio accounts.
  • Creator outreach: when enabled, we may obtain public channel names, identifiers, profile links, descriptions, language, and audience information from YouTube or Twitch to find creators relevant to our games. We may record publicly listed business contact details, the source of those details, invitation history, game-key assignments, and contact preferences. Administrators may also enter published business contact details. We do not use private Twitch email fields or try to unlock protected YouTube email disclosures.

4. How we use information

We use information to serve and maintain the website, answer questions, manage studio access, protect against misuse, publish authorized studio content, and keep records of our communications. If creator outreach is enabled, we use relevant public business contacts to offer game review opportunities and keys, and to honor requests to stop receiving invitations.

For Games, we use the information described above to operate and restore purchased features, deliver and measure advertising, identify and fix crashes, answer support requests, and prevent fraud. Where applicable, the legal bases are performance of a purchase or service agreement, our legitimate interests in stability and security, legal obligations, and consent where required for advertising, device access, or diagnostic collection. A legitimate interest does not override a requirement to obtain consent.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in running and securing the website and communicating about our games, performing an agreement where relevant, complying with legal obligations, or consent where required. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or withdraw consent by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

5. When we share information

We use service providers to host the website, authenticate administrators, store information, run studio tools, and handle email. These include Google Firebase and Google Cloud, and Microsoft 365 when configured for studio email and outreach. Providers receive information needed for their services.

In Games, Google receives advertising data through AdMob and diagnostic data through Firebase Crashlytics. Apple and Google process store purchases and provide purchase or entitlement information needed to deliver what you bought. We require recipients of personal information we share to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable requirements; providers processing information on our behalf are subject to appropriate processing and security terms. Advertising providers may also process information for their own disclosed purposes, as explained in their policies.

When an administrator uses a connected publishing service, the selected content and necessary account information are sent to that platform. Supported integrations include Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, X, and Reddit. Published content and shared media links may be accessible to others according to the destination's settings. Creator discovery uses YouTube API Services and Twitch when configured.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or carry out a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.

We do not sell personal information from website inquiries, creator outreach, or studio administration, or share that information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not install advertising pixels or audience analytics on the public website. The separate Game advertising practices and choices are described above.

6. Cookies and third-party content

The public website does not use our own advertising or analytics cookies. The administrator workspace uses browser storage and authentication technologies to maintain a sign-in session. Blocking or clearing that storage can sign you out or prevent the workspace from functioning.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Those requests send Google technical information such as your IP address, requested resource, and browser headers. Where a game preview includes a YouTube video, opening the preview loads a player from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com. The player may receive technical and interaction information and use storage or cookies under Google's policies. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean that no information is transmitted.

Third-party content providers may process your activity under their own policies, including alongside information from other services. See the Google Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy information, and YouTube Terms of Service. External stores, social networks, and other linked websites have their own privacy practices.

You can control cookies and site storage through your browser and choose whether to open embedded videos or external links. This website does not change its behavior in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. There is no sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising on the public website to opt out of through Global Privacy Control. A browser signal does not necessarily communicate a preference to a separately installed Game; use the Game privacy choices above.

7. Retention and security

Retention depends on why information was collected: whether an inquiry or working relationship is active, whether an administrator account or campaign still needs it, whether it is needed to honor an opt-out or prevent duplicate invitations, and any legal or security requirements. Records in the marketing workspace are not automatically erased when a campaign ends or an account is disconnected. You can request deletion using the contact details below; we may retain limited records where necessary for those purposes.

Game diagnostics: Google's published Crashlytics retention schedule keeps crash reports and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems. Advertising information: Google retains it under the schedules and criteria described in its privacy and advertising notices. Purchase and support records: we keep information only as needed to deliver or restore purchases, resolve requests, meet legal and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud. Stores retain their own transaction records. Local saves remain subject to your device storage and backup choices.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it so it no longer identifies you. If a verified deletion request applies, we delete the information we can identify and instruct processors to do so as applicable. We may keep limited information required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, resolving disputes, or recording an opt-out; any retained information is restricted to those purposes and kept only as long as necessary.

We use access controls and provider security features to restrict access to studio records. No storage system or method of transmission is completely secure. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, which may have different data protection laws from your location. Where required, applicable transfer safeguards apply.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Email admin@sefidel.com to ask about information we hold about you or to request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

Creator invitations: use the unsubscribe link in an invitation and confirm your choice, or email us to request no further outreach. We may retain a limited suppression record to honor that choice across our games. You do not need to accept a game key or respond to an invitation.

Connected accounts: administrators can disconnect a platform in the workspace and revoke its authorization in the platform's account settings. For Google and YouTube, visit Google's connected-app permissions. Disconnecting stops future queued publication through that connection; it does not itself erase stored records, revoke every provider token, or remove content already published. Contact us to request deletion of stored account or API data, and manage published content directly on the relevant platform.

9. Request data deletion

You do not need a Sefidel player account or an installed Game to make a request. Email admin@sefidel.com with the subject “Sefidel game data deletion request”. Include the Game name, platform (iOS or Android), and the information you want deleted, such as a support conversation or information associated with a purchase or installation. We will help you identify any further information reasonably necessary to locate and verify the request. Do not send your password, full payment-card details, or identity documents unless we specifically establish that they are necessary through a secure process.

Our Games have no Sefidel player accounts to close. We can still receive requests concerning support messages, purchase-related information we hold, and identifiable advertising or diagnostic information. Because technical records may use installation identifiers rather than your name or email address, we may need an appropriate identifier to locate them. We will explain if we cannot reliably associate a record with you rather than collect unnecessary identifying information.

We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful extension or reason we cannot fulfill all or part of a request. Deletion covers personal information we hold and identifiable associated data handled on our behalf, subject to the limited retention exceptions above. It does not erase Apple's or Google's independent store records; those providers offer their own privacy request processes. It also does not automatically provide a refund. Clearing app storage affects local progress and settings and is separate from requesting deletion of information already sent off your device.

10. Children's privacy

Our Games and website are not directed to children under 13, and our marketing workspace is for authorized studio users. Follow each Game's store age rating and any higher minimum age required in your location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or a higher age where applicable law requires parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a Game, our website, or support, contact admin@sefidel.com so we can investigate, stop the relevant processing, and delete information as required.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website and studio services change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
